Adam J. Johnson – Attorney
Graduate of Marquette University Law School, Attorney Johnson did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During his education, he clerked for Honorable Rebecca F. Dallet, Milwaukee Circuit Court Felony Division, and aided Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Annette K. Ziegler. Attorney Johnson also spent time working with the Department of Justice in Madison, WI, in the Criminal Litigation, Antitrust, and Consumer Protection Unit.
His past legal experience has also included the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office, in which he spent a year learning the prosecution side of the law, which ultimately allows him to better serve his clients who now find them on the opposite side of the law charged with a crime.
An active member of the Walworth County Bar Association, Attorney Johnson has spent nearly his whole life in Walworth County, growing up in Delavan. Presently, Attorney Johnson focuses on the fields of Criminal Defense and Family Law (Divorce, Child Custody, and Child Support) and is also active in the field of Appeals. He has litigated cases before numerous Wisconsin Courts, and U.S. District Courts, municipal jurisdictions. Attorney Johnson is also admitted into both the Eastern and Western Districts, where he spends much of his time representing the needs of Debtors going through Bankruptcy in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
